1. Scope of Application
The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop.

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an non-binding online catalog.
By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping cart. The purchase contract is concluded only when we accept your order by email confirmation or by shipping the goods.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All stated prices are final prices in Euro.
In addition to the stated prices, shipping costs may apply. The respective shipping costs will be indicated separately during the order process.
5. Payment
The payment methods displayed during the order process are available in our shop.
6. Delivery
Delivery will be made to the delivery address provided by the customer.
Unless otherwise stated, the delivery time within Germany is generally 2 to 7 working days from the conclusion of the contract, or from receipt of payment for advance payment.
7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
8. Warranty
The statutory liability rights for defects apply.
9. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as for injury to life, limb, or health.
In the event of slightly negligent breaches of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable, typical damage for the contract.
Otherwise, liability is excluded as far as legally permissible.
10. Dispute Resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
11. Final Provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, as far as no mandatory consumer protection regulations oppose this.
