Shipping

Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified during the order process.

The applicable shipping costs will be displayed to the customer before the order is completed.

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery within Germany usually takes place within 2 to 7 working days after conclusion of the contract, or after receipt of payment for advance payment.

No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you order items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

Payment

The payment methods displayed in the order process are available in our shop.

Depending on the payment method offered, payment processing may be carried out by external payment service providers.
